Cha Eun Woo surpassed BTS's Jin to become the Top 1 in reputation

The Korean Business Research Institute has just announced the August brand reputation rankings for Kpop boy group members.

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, and community awareness indexes of 730 K-pop boy group members, using big data collected from July 17 to August 17, 2024.

ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo rose to the top of this month's rankings with a brand reputation index of 3,668,606, marking a 49.34 percent increase in his score since July.

Cha Eun Woo's high-ranking phrases in keyword analysis included "Living in a Rented House in Finland" (variety show title), "ambassador", and "face genius". His highest-ranking related terms included "perfect", "advertisement", and "promotion".

Cha Eun Woo's positivity-negativity analysis also showed a 93.58% positive reaction score.

Meanwhile, BTS's Jin ranked 2nd in August with a brand reputation index of 3,199,306 points.

RIIZE's Wonbin rose to 3rd place with a brand reputation index of 2,781,141, up 36.66% from last month.

BTS's Jimin came in at 4th place with a brand reputation index of 2,536,752, up 36.27 percent from July.

Finally, BTS's Jungkook entered the Top 5 after seeing a 47.88% increase in his brand reputation index, bringing his total score for August to 2,108,194 points.
