At noon on June 13th, a fire broke out at a newly opened chicken restaurant in Hamlet 2, Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai City, causing panic among many residents.

According to initial reports from people at the scene, the fire broke out fiercely from the roof of the house, then quickly spread and engulfed the entire area in front of the store.

The fire created a thick column of black smoke, tens of meters high, accompanied by numerous loud explosions and flashes of light with continuous loud crackling sounds, causing extreme panic among the surrounding residents.

Because the flames were close to the power lines and utility poles in front of the house, many people continuously shouted warnings to each other to stay away from the dangerous area in case the power lines broke and collapsed.
