Screening of the film "Red Rain" to serve students in mountainous areas

ĐNO - With technical support and equipment from Viettel, on the evening of December 4, the Youth Union of Nuoc Oa Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities organized a screening of the film "Red Rain" for all boarding students of the school.

"Red Rain" is a film that recreates the brave fight of soldiers in the war at Quang Tri Citadel in 1972. The film brings realistic, touching images of the fierceness of war, the resilient spirit, courage and silent sacrifice of heroic martyrs defending the Fatherland.

In a cozy atmosphere, "Red Rain" attracted a large number of students to watch attentively. Many of them could not hide their emotions when they heard the stories told from the soldiers' own memories.

Nguyen Khanh Long, a student of class 12/2, shared: "The first time I watched the movie Red Rain, I was caught up in intense emotions, mixed with national pride. Through historical footage, I felt more clearly the value of peace , the achievement exchanged with the blood of our ancestors. The movie has strongly aroused patriotism in young people."

Teacher Le Van Lap, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nuoc Oa Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities, said: "The film screening helps students understand more deeply the value of peace, appreciate life today and nurture the sense of responsibility of the young generation towards their homeland and country. This is not only a meaningful cultural and educational activity, but also an opportunity to remind each student of gratitude, appreciation and responsibility to continue the glorious tradition of the nation."

* Previously, Da Nang Hospital also coordinated with Viettel to organize 5 screenings of "Red Rain" in 2 days (December 3 and 4), attracting nearly 1,000 patients, relatives and medical staff to watch.
