Standardize the team of coaches and team managers

According to Head of the Central Youth Union's Children's Work Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Central Youth Union Council Le Hai Long, this is an annual activity to continue to standardize the team of coaches and cadres in charge of the Youth Union at all levels, contributing to improving the quality of the Youth Union work and the children's movement in the new situation, fostering and improving knowledge, expertise, and working skills, helping cadres in charge of the Youth Union to be good at theory and proficient in skills, contributing to advising and effectively implementing the Youth Union work and the children's movement; creating a meaningful playground for delegates to have the opportunity to exchange, learn, and share experiences.

This year, the training program is designed according to the requirements of the standard regulations, ensuring practicality, effectiveness, focusing on the campers, enhancing the interaction between reporters and campers, between campers and campers. In addition, the Organizing Committee also applies digital transformation in the assessment of training subjects, the teaching staff is focused on quality, enthusiasm, and dedication.

At the Training Camp, the campers took 39 exams and 06 group activities, combining theory and practice according to the structure of 5 content groups: Team work skills, Team rituals, Team activity skills, Training work skills and Camp activities.

The average score results showed that 30 campers scored 8.00 points or higher, and 34 campers scored from 7 to 7.99 points. A total of 64 campers completed the training program. The Central Youth Union Council and the Central Training Council awarded 27 professional records to 27 campers who achieved high results in the exams at the training camp.

At the closing ceremony, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers awarded certificates, recognizing 64 campers who met the standards of Central Level I Trainers; awarded the title of valedictorian to Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang, teacher in charge of the Young Pioneers of Nghi An Primary School, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, and 2 runners-up.

The Central Youth Union Secretariat also awarded certificates of merit to 15 campers with the most outstanding achievements at the 2023 National Kim Dong Training Camp. The Central Youth Union Council awarded certificates of merit to 15 campers with outstanding achievements, actively participating in activities at the camp; commended 4 provincial and municipal units that had prepared very well the conditions for campers to participate and achieve high results: Hai Phong, Nghe An, Bac Ninh , Dien Bien.

Towards the 10th anniversary of the National Kim Dong Training Camp, the Central Training Council has decided to build and present 10 children's playgrounds, reading spaces, interaction and Team activities spaces, and Red Scarf Houses to children in localities in 2023.

On this occasion, the Central Training Council presented a children's playground project to the children at the Youth Activity Center of Nghe An province worth 30 million VND. Campers participating in the Kim Dong Training Camp in the Northern region in 2023 also presented the Youth Activity Center of Nghe An province with a stone bench project and a set of Team drums for the mountainous team in Ky Son district, Nghe An province.

The Central Training Council has awarded the flag to host the 2024 National Kim Dong Training Camp - Northern region to Bac Kan unit./.
