Imbued with Uncle Ho's teaching "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation and those who emulate are the most patriotic", in the period of 2020-2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio -political organizations of Thanh Binh commune have widely launched patriotic emulation movements, attracting a large number of cadres, party members and people to participate. Through the emulation movements "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", "Good workers - creative workers", "Pioneer, volunteer to develop socio-economy and protect the Fatherland", "Farmers compete in production, good business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably", "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", "Exemplary veterans compete to build new rural areas"... many advanced models have appeared in various fields; in which many collectives and individuals have been honored to receive awards at all levels. The emulation movement has become a spiritual driving force, promoting the completion of emulation targets set by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development, security and national defense in the locality.

In order for the emulation movement to develop extensively, in the period of 2025-2030, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Thanh Binh commune will continue to promote propaganda and thoroughly grasp President Ho Chi Minh 's thoughts on patriotic emulation; organize and direct the implementation of Directive 34-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to innovate emulation and reward work; launch special, exciting, extensive and practical emulation campaigns to welcome the success of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle; continue to innovate and improve the quality of emulation and reward work; do a good job of propagating the example of "Good people - good deeds", new models, advanced examples to create a widespread spread in the community...

At the conference, 6 collectives and 12 outstanding individuals in the patriotic emulation movement received Certificates of Merit from the Commune People's Committee.
