In 2025, the brand value of Liuzhou snail noodles will reach 15.05 billion yuan, ranking 19th in China's geographical indication brand rankings.
Liuzhou instant vermicelli products are exported to more than 30 countries and territories around the world , including Vietnam.


In recent years, Liuzhou city has expanded the model of "enterprise-cooperative-raw material area-farmer household" to support businesses producing raw materials for snail noodle dishes.
By the end of 2024, Liuzhou city had 174 enterprises meeting the standards for producing raw materials for snail noodle dishes; more than 13,340 hectares of farming and growing raw materials for snail noodle dishes, providing raw materials such as pickled beans, pickled bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, rice... for the chain of genuine Liuzhou snail noodle brand stores nationwide.


In the coming time, Liuzhou city will continue to promote the development of the snail noodle industry in the direction of centralization and specialization; through the model of using tourism to promote the industry, using the industry to develop tourism to build the Liuzhou snail noodle brand.
