The Vietnamese working class is not only a well-organized team, but also a symbol of the resilient and enduring tradition of the Vietnamese working class - a pioneering force throughout history and continues to affirm its pivotal role in the journey of nation building in the new era.

Previously, within just 24 hours of the announcement of the selection of the Vietnamese Workers' Bloc parade team, there were nearly 400 applications. The 180 most outstanding people were selected, forming a unified block - a block representing the Vietnamese working class participating in A80. Mandatory requirements include good health to ensure high training intensity; height over 1m60; achievements in labor, production, and study. In addition, the appearance must demonstrate the beauty of the new-age worker: strong, powerful, and knowledgeable.
Over the past few days, the Vietnamese Workers’ Bloc has been regularly participating in training with 12 other mass groups, regardless of the scorching sun or storms. They have been given very specific instructions on clothing and health care to prevent heatstroke.
Every day, the brothers and sisters practice each movement over and over again: raising their hands to salute, keeping distance, aligning their ranks, and synchronizing their footsteps. After many hours of practice, the steps and movements gradually become more even and rhythmic, creating a neat, straight, and even line...
Ms. Hoang Thi Xuan (born in 1985), English teacher, Faculty of Basic Sciences (University of Transport) - a member of the workers' group shared: "When I heard the news that I could participate in the A80 parade, I felt extremely honored and proud. Participating in A80, we were given the best conditions by the superior Union as well as the school's Union, from taking care of meals to regularly caring for, visiting, encouraging and motivating union members in the group to overcome difficulties, maintain discipline and solidarity. Therefore, all the brothers and sisters in the workers' group tried their best, hoping to have the most uniform and beautiful parade".
Behind the progress in training of the workers, it is impossible not to mention the special teachers. Major Nguyen Huu Dai, an officer of the Hanoi Capital Command - the direct training teacher, was always present early, correcting each movement, patiently instructing each step, each hand salute.
Following the serious preparations of the workers, comrade Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor believes that the image of the workers in the parade will leave a deep impression, affirming the pioneering position of the working class in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
