Inauguration of Fico 11 rural traffic bridge in My Quy commune

On the morning of August 30, the People's Committee of My Quy commune coordinated with Fico Tay Ninh Cement Joint Stock Company and Dong Tam Charity Fund to organize the inauguration ceremony of the Fico 11 rural traffic bridge in Bau Xoay hamlet, My Quy commune, Tay Ninh province.

Fico 11 rural traffic bridge was put into use to help people in Bau Xoay hamlet, My Quy commune conveniently travel and transport goods and agricultural products.

Fico 11 Bridge crosses Rach Tram Canal, is 26m long, 3m wide, and has a load capacity of 5 tons, with a total construction cost of more than 269 million VND, sponsored by Fico Tay Ninh Cement Joint Stock Company.

Previously, the riverside hamlets of My Quy commune were almost isolated, making travel extremely difficult, and people had to travel mainly by boat. The completion and use of Fico 11 Bridge not only solved the need for travel and freight transport but also created a driving force for socio -economic development.

In particular, this is the last bridge in a chain of 16 bridges connecting the canal system of Bau Xoay hamlet, contributing to completing the local rural traffic network.

Local authorities and sponsors perform the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the Fico 11 bridge.

In addition to sponsoring bridge construction, recently, Fico Tay Ninh has also implemented many meaningful social security activities such as building and repairing 576 houses in the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" in Tay Ninh under the direction of the Prime Minister ; contributing cement for bridge and rural road projects; sponsoring scholarships, accompanying students through academic programs, and encouraging the development of young talents.

Awarding scholarships to poor but studious students in My Quy commune

On the occasion of the inauguration of Fico 11 bridge, the accompanying units awarded 40 scholarships, totaling 20 million VND to poor but studious students in My Quy commune, contributing to further motivating them on their path of study./.
