On August 30, a working delegation of the province led by Comrade Hoang Hong Dieu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, visited and presented gifts to revolutionary veterans and pre-uprising cadres on the occasion of National Day September 2 in the wards of Thuc Phan and Nung Tri Cao.

At the places visited, the delegation expressed their deep gratitude and most sincere respect for the great sacrifices and contributions of veteran revolutionary cadres and pre-insurrection cadres for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. Affirming that the achievements of the province today have the great and silent contributions and sacrifices of previous generations, which are the valuable foundation and motivation for the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province to continue to firmly step on the path of innovation, strive to build Cao Bang to develop sustainably, and together with the whole country enter a new era, the era of national growth.
