The project "August Flag Road" by the youth of the 21st Navy Division

DNO - The 21st Naval Division's Youth Union, in coordination with the Nui Thanh Commune Youth Union and related units, has just completed the "August Flag Road" project on the route from Tam Quang fishing port to the gate of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command.

This activity responds to the call of the Executive Committee of the Da Nang City Youth Union to build a "National Flag Street" in the city.

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 and the 27th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Coast Guard, the "August Flag Road" project with nearly 200 fluttering national flags creates a colorful road.

Through the project, cadres and union members have a deeper understanding of the historical value of the August Revolution in 1945 and National Day September 2; affirming the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh in the cause of national liberation and defense.

On the same day, Squadron 21 visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Thu (Tam Xuan Commune) - one of the five Heroic Vietnamese Mothers being cared for by the Coast Guard Region 2 Command, on the occasion of National Day, September 2.
