Da Nang medical units organize vocational skills competition in 2025

ĐNO - Hoa Vang Regional Medical Center has just organized the 2025 Skill Competition to improve the quality of human resources and enhance professional capacity for the medical team.

In the theoretical exam, 97 candidates from 8 professional positions, including: general practitioner, traditional medicine doctor, traditional medicine physician, nurse - midwife, rehabilitation technician, laboratory technician, X-ray technician and pharmacist, took multiple-choice tests on medical examination and treatment law, hospital regulations, patient safety, infection control and professional knowledge.

From the theoretical round results, 48 ​​contestants were selected for the “Golden Bell” competition. The competition atmosphere was exciting with the contestants’ “rescue” part, creating many unexpected situations.

Healthcare workers undergo two exams: theory and practice. The theory exam focuses on medical examination and treatment laws, hospital regulations, codes of conduct, patient safety, infection control and knowledge appropriate to each job position.

The practical exam is carried out in departments, with specific technical procedures in the care and treatment support of cancer patients, along with communication and behavioral situations in the medical environment.

The exam results are the basis for the hospital to continue to build appropriate training and development programs, thereby improving professional capacity and quality of patient care.
