Truong Mit Commune: Visiting and giving gifts to families of seriously wounded soldiers on the occasion of National Day September 2

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), on August 29, the People's Committee of Truong Mit commune, Tay Ninh province organized a delegation to visit and present gifts to families of seriously wounded soldiers in the area.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Tran Van Trong's family.

The working delegation included Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune Huynh Thi Ai Le; Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council of the commune Phan Thi Anh Thu; Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of the commune Nguyen Thi Hiep and representatives of departments, branches and mass organizations of the commune.

The delegation visited 3 war invalids' families with a disability rate of 81% or more, including: Mr. Tran Van Trong (born in 1949, residing in Thuan Binh hamlet); Mr. Nguyen Van Khuol (born in 1960) and Ms. Huynh Thi Phung (born in 1955), both residing in hamlet 6.

Each family was given a gift of 20 million VND in cash. The cost was sponsored by Thien Tam Fund - Vingroup Corporation.

At the places visited, representatives of the commune leaders kindly asked about the health and lives of the families, expressing deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the wounded soldiers in the cause of national liberation and protection of the Fatherland./.
