The article stated the people's petition to soon speed up the progress of completing the upgrading of Alley 1, due to the interrupted construction process (the project is still under construction, from April 29 to August 27, 2025), many manhole covers have protruded higher than the road, posing a danger to people and vehicles participating in traffic.

According to the previous announcement of the investor, only the asphalt paving stage remains to complete the project to upgrade alley No. 1. Thus, the construction unit has completed the project on the approved schedule.
