On August 19, 2025, Tay Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television published an article "Binh Trung Quarter, Binh Minh Ward: People petition to soon complete the upgrading of Alley 1". The article stated the people's petition to soon speed up the progress of completing the upgrading of Alley 1, due to the interrupted construction process (the project is still under construction, from April 29 to August 27, 2025), many manhole covers have protruded higher than the road, posing a danger to people and vehicles participating in traffic.

Alley 1 has been paved with hot asphalt concrete.

Observing alley No. 1 on the morning of August 25, 2025, the current road surface is covered with hot asphalt concrete, the road surface is level with the surface of the manhole covers and no longer obstructs traffic.

According to the previous announcement of the investor, only the asphalt paving stage remains to complete the project to upgrade alley No. 1. Thus, the construction unit has completed the project on the approved schedule.
