The 2026 "Hoa Lu Beauty" contest is organized to educate compassion and love for the homeland and country; preserve and promote traditional values of Vietnamese women; educate aesthetics, affirm, honor and enhance the beauty of body, soul, talent and intelligence of young women in Ninh Binh in the period of industrialization and modernization.
Through the Contest, we aim to promote the image of Ninh Binh land and people, contributing to the propaganda and promotion of cultural and historical values of Ninh Binh. The Contest is a highlight, creating attraction for the public when visiting and traveling in Ninh Binh.

The 2026 "Hoa Lu Beauty" contest is expected to be held from February 2026 to August 2026 in Ninh Binh province.
Contestants are female Vietnamese citizens studying, working, or working in Ninh Binh province or whose hometown is in Ninh Binh province (including: Ninh Binh, Ha Nam and Nam Dinh before the merger) studying, working, or working in provinces and cities in the country, and meeting the conditions as prescribed by the Contest Organizing Committee.
The contest consists of 3 rounds: preliminary, preliminary and final. Regarding the prize structure, the Organizing Committee plans to award the following prizes: Miss Hoa Lu: Crown, Certificate with prize money; Miss Hoa Lu 2nd: Certificate with prize money; Miss Hoa Lu 3rd: Certificate with prize money; The official titles of the Contest will be nominated to participate in the Miss Vietnam Contest.
There are also other awards and titles such as: Talented Beauty; Beauty with the most lovely face; Beauty with the best behavior; Beauty wearing the most beautiful ao dai; Beauty wearing the most beautiful self-selected outfit; Beauty wearing the most beautiful swimsuit; Friendly Beauty; Photogenic Beauty...
The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province requires the "Hoa Lu Beauty" Contest in 2026 to be carefully prepared with rich, diverse activities of high cultural and artistic value; honoring the beauty of women in particular, the beauty of the land and people of Ninh Binh in general.
The contest must be widely publicized and promoted to attract the participation of a large number of young women, creating a cultural event that is lively in content, attractive in form, and ensures practicality, safety and economy./.
