Ban Thi Thu also won two secondary awards: Office Beauty and Talented Beauty.

Currently, the new Miss holds the position of CEO of Truong Thinh International Human Resources Joint Stock Company, a business with more than ten years of experience in the field of human resource supply and management, contributing to promoting the image of modern Vietnamese women with knowledge, compassion and integration spirit.

Sharing with the press right after the coronation moment, the new Miss Asia Business 2025 Ban Thi Thu could not hide her emotions when talking about her journey of more than ten years working in the field of supplying and managing export human resources. The most difficult time for her and her colleagues was after the Covid-19 pandemic, when all economic , labor and educational activities were severely affected. But it was these challenges that helped the team realize the core value of the human resources industry: that is people - and only people can create sustainable recovery, development and prosperity.

“What makes me happiest is that today’s title helps me elevate my journey of giving opportunities, spreading faith and arousing the desire to live a better life. The title of Miss for me is not a glory to keep, but a responsibility to live, to love, to contribute and to spread human values to many people” – Ban Thi Thu shared.

The Miss Asian Businesswoman 2025 contest ended with the Top 8 excellent contestants. The main awards include: New Miss Asian Businesswoman 2025: Ban Thi Thu ( Hanoi ) with the subsidiary awards of Office Beauty and Talented Beauty; Miss Charity Tran Thi Phuong (Ninh Binh) with the subsidiary awards of Evening Beauty and Most Favorite Beauty.

The first runner-up title went to Dinh Thi Hiep ( Da Nang ) with the secondary prize of Body Beauty; the second runner-up was Nguyen Kim Ngoc (Hanoi) with the secondary prize of Ao Dai Beauty; and Nguyen Huong Giang (Hanoi) with the secondary prize of Media Beauty.

The third runner-up title was awarded to Do Thi Phuong Lien (Ninh Binh); Phan Thi Anh Nga and Pham Thi Lan (Hanoi). The remaining secondary award: Miss Congeniality went to Le Thi Bich Phuong (Thanh Hoa).

The fourth season, organized by the Miss Vietnam Business Organization based on the proposal of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province and the approval of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 4958/UBND-KGVX dated October 14, 2025, has affirmed the professionalism, prestige and solid legal foundation of this beauty pageant.

Also at the contest, the Organizing Committee presented a donation of more than 154 million VND to Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province Ho Thi Kim Thu and Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province Huynh Van Loi, to support people in the central region.

Miss Business World President – Dang Gia Bena was moved to send her condolences to the people of the central region who are being severely affected by the historic floods. The female president expressed her deep sympathy and called for the spread of the spirit of “The whole leaves cover the torn leaves, mutual love”, joining hands to share love, helping people overcome difficulties soon. “That is also the core humanistic value that the contest aims for – honoring the beauty of intelligence, bravery and kind hearts of Vietnamese women”, the contest founder emphasized.
