Additional emergency support of 100 billion VND for Hue city to overcome damage caused by floods

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed and issued Decision No. 2428/QD-TTg to support 100 billion VND from the central budget reserve in 2025 for Hue city to continue to overcome damage caused by floods and soon stabilize people's lives after floods as requested by the Ministry of Finance in Document No. 17049/BTC-NSNN dated November 1.

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for the contents, data of reports and proposals, recommendations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

The People's Committee of Hue City is responsible for managing and using the above-mentioned additional funds, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the law on state budget and other relevant legal documents, ensuring the correct purpose of use, correct objects, publicity, transparency, no loss or negativity; at the same time, report the results of use to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies for synthesis and reporting to the Prime Minister. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
