In the Kindergarten and Primary School, because the majority of teachers are female and the work is heavy and numerous, the support from the military, police and parents is extremely timely.

Images of soldiers carefully wiping each school tool, or fire police officers spraying water to wash away mud, moved anyone who witnessed them.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, schools will only resume teaching when facilities, environmental sanitation and traffic conditions are absolutely safe.
