When the North faced natural disasters, Samsung quickly donated 10 billion VND to help people overcome the consequences, of which 5 billion VND was sent to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and 5 billion VND was for the two localities of Bac Ninh and Thai Nguyen, where there are key manufacturing plants.

In addition to emergency support, Samsung has also carried out other social responsibility programs over the years: from awarding scholarships to encourage learning, donating wheelchairs to the disabled, to organizing STEM festivals. In particular, the creative education program Solve for Tomorrow has contributed to inspiring innovation for the younger generation, spreading to tens of thousands of students, becoming part of the journey to develop Vietnam's future human resources.

One of the important highlights in Samsung's investment strategy in Vietnam in 2025 is the strong promotion of technology localization, focusing on Galaxy AI.

Vietnamese is one of the first 13 languages ​​supported by Samsung on this AI platform, demonstrating the strategic position of the Vietnamese market in the global product ecosystem. Most of the development and testing of Vietnamese for Galaxy AI is done right at the Samsung Vietnam Research and Development Center (SRV), by a team of Vietnamese engineers.

Continuing the effort to localize technology, Samsung leads the story "Galaxy AI understands Vietnamese - Honoring Vietnamese values" through the "Honoring Vietnamese tourism" contest with the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, and the event to experience the examination journey at the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam.

The clear orientation of technology localization has helped Galaxy AI win 2 awards "Outstanding Vietnamese AI Solution" and "Pioneering Brand in AI Application Serving Vietnamese People" at Better Choice Awards 2025 - a prestigious award honoring creative values ​​in products and services with practical benefits for consumers, organized by the National Innovation Center (NIC) and VCCorp Joint Stock Company, under the direction of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

When technology touches life

What makes a great brand alive is not only its pioneering role in innovation or investment numbers, but also how they connect with people through the technology they develop. The Voices of Galaxy campaign, launched in September 2025, was built by Samsung with that spirit.

This is a 10-episode short film series honoring the simple stories of Vietnamese people living in a period of strong transformation, daring to step out of limits and taking advantage of Vietnamese-speaking AI - Galaxy AI and Gemini Live - to rise up.

In the first episode, viewers met a new graduate struggling to find a job in the competitive AI era. She collaborated with AI to reinvent herself and create career opportunities. Episode 2, which has just aired, opens up a different perspective: a young CEO, seemingly in a secure position, must also learn to face an uncertain future and use AI to accompany her in facing the uncertainty.
