The "Digital Popular Education" team of Cai Khe ward guides people in performing administrative procedures at the ward's Public Administration Service Center.

The campaign took place from the beginning of June 2025 to the end of September 2025, including the program "Supporting the exam season" and 4 campaigns: Green Summer, Green March, Pink Holiday, Red Flamboyant. The city's youth participated in many activities to build new rural areas, urban civilization and social security in provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta region. As a result, it supported localities to build and repair more than 37km of roads; built 4 new houses for people in difficult circumstances; planted nearly 347,200 new trees. Youth Union chapters at all levels coordinated to train 14,960 young people on entrepreneurship knowledge; trained to improve digital capacity for more than 47,000 teenagers and people; organized 20 swimming classes for children in difficult circumstances.

In particular, 100% of units under the City Youth Union have established a "Digital Education for the People" team, actively supporting the operation of the 2-level local government model and promoting online public service propaganda, guiding people to install digital applications to promote national digital transformation. Many patriotic education activities for union members and youth have also been organized with attention, such as: "Journey for the sea and islands of the homeland" in Tho Chau special zone, An Giang province (Can Tho University Youth Union), Mekong Delta Cultural Festival (Can Tho University Youth Union)... In addition, the youth of communes and wards have renewed 2,900 national flagpoles on the roads, with a total length of more than 57km.
