Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union Thieu Minh Quynh said that the online class "Digital Popularization" was organized to realize the Action Program and Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation as well as the implementation of the "Digital Popularization" movement in Hung Yen province.
According to the Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union, every month the Provincial Youth Union will coordinate with the Digital Transformation Center (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics) to organize 2 online classes on "Digital Literacy for the People"; thereby contributing to propaganda, raising awareness, and renewing people's thinking about science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation. At the same time, the class supports people in accessing and applying digital technology, improving labor productivity, creating new job opportunities, gradually forming a community that adapts to digital transformation, participating in building a digital government, digital society, digital economy, and digital citizens.
This activity also affirms the core, pioneering, proactive and creative role of youth in the country's digital age. From July 2025 to now, the Youth Union in Hung Yen has organized over 600 "Digital Popularization" classes, 5 online classes with a total of over 1 million people in the area being propagandized, guided on online public services and accessing "Digital Popularization" classes.
With the spirit of "Understanding the locality - Solid technology - Dedicated support", in recent times, the Provincial Youth Union has established more than 1,000 youth teams for Digital Transformation with over 20,000 union members and young people participating. The teams have not been afraid of difficulties "going to every alley, knocking on every door" to help people access and effectively use digital platforms, especially for the elderly, people in difficult circumstances, and vulnerable people in the area; thereby providing good support for the local government apparatus with the new 2-level model coming into operation.
