On the morning of November 5, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi inspected the progress of site clearance for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong and Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway projects.

Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project has a total length of about 73.6km. The total investment of the project is 17,718 billion VND. The project implementation period is from 2022 to 2027.

Provincial People's Committee leaders listened to reports on the progress of implementing two expressway projects.

The project passes through 10 communes with a total of 2,510 affected households, with a total compensation area of ​​over 582 hectares. To date, the work of marking and handing over project site clearance markers has been completed.

The resettlement area is being accelerated by relevant units.

Regarding land clearance, 10/10 communes have developed land recovery plans, organized meetings and announced land recovery. The counting process has been carried out on 2,392/2,510 households, reaching 95.29%.

To date, 2/10 communes have approved the appraisal council to develop specific land prices. The remaining communes are implementing the plan.

For the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Construction Project, the total length is about 66km; of which, the section passing through Lam Dong is about 55km. The total investment of the project is more than 18,000 billion VND. Implementation period is from 2022 - 2027.

Bao Loc - Tan Phu Expressway project has counted 365/921 cases, reaching 39.6%.

The project passes through 5 communes and wards, with a total of 921 households affected. The total compensation area is 396.2 hectares. To date, the counting work has been carried out in 365/921 cases, reaching 39.6%.

The process of building specific land prices has signed a consulting contract and is being implemented.
