Dong Nai: 10 more projects have had their compensation and site clearance problems resolved

(DN) - According to the Department of Finance of Dong Nai province, by the end of October 2025, 10 more projects using public investment capital in the province had had their problems related to compensation and site clearance resolved.

Among the 10 newly resolved projects with no more problems regarding compensation and site clearance, there is 1 project invested by Project Management Board of Region 2; 4 projects invested by Project Management Board of Region 3; 1 project invested by Project Management Board of Region 4; 1 project invested by Project Management Board of Region 11 and 3 projects invested by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center. Previously, in October 2025, 10 other public investment projects in the province had their problems regarding compensation and site clearance resolved.

According to the Department of Finance, along with the projects that have been resolved and have no more problems in compensation and site clearance, a number of public investment projects in the province have also seen changes in mobilizing people's consensus and are taking steps according to regulations in compensation and site clearance. However, in the province, there are still 150 projects with difficulties and problems in compensation and site clearance that have not been thoroughly resolved, and 100% of the site has not been handed over for project implementation.

Among the 150 projects that still have problems and difficulties in compensation and site clearance, there are 49 projects that people have not agreed to implement; 2 projects have problems related to Dong Nai Rubber Corporation (projects to build infrastructure for resettlement areas B1, infrastructure for resettlement areas phase 2 in Dau Giay commune, Dong Nai province); 1 project is related to national defense land.

For the remaining projects, the People's Committee at the commune level is in the process of implementing the following tasks: determining land prices, approving compensation plans and handling other problems related to land origin...
