At the inspection, Vice Chairman of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee Pham Duc Hoang said: Up to this point, the site clearance work has been basically completed (nearly 98%) and the clean land has been handed over to contractors to implement the project. Particularly for the 4 households that have not yet handed over the site in branch 2 of the project, the leaders of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee affirmed that they will resolutely enforce the handover if the handover is not carried out from now until November 15.

Regarding the project's construction progress, the representative of the investor, the Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board, informed: Up to this point, the total construction volume of the project has reached more than 65%. In particular, branch 1 of the project, starting from Vo Thi Sau Street, stretching over 3.7km to the end of the route at the intersection of An Hao Bridge and Dang Van Tron Street, is being focused on construction and asphalting the completed roadbed sections. Meanwhile, branch 2 of the project, which is over 1.7km long, from the roundabout intersecting with branch 1 at Cu Lao Hiep Hoa to the end of the route at the intersection of Buu Hoa Bridge and Dang Van Tron Street, is progressing slower due to the newly handed over site.

Through the inspection, comrade Ho Van Nam acknowledged the efforts of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward in coordinating with relevant units over the past month to focus on clearing the remaining land of this project. In particular, the People's Committee of the Ward has established teams to go to households' homes to propagate and mobilize them to hand over the land, thereby promoting efficiency and limiting the need to organize forced eviction of many households to reclaim land.

Regarding the remaining few cases of land clearance problems, Secretary of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee Ho Van Nam assigned the Ward People's Committee to coordinate with relevant units to resolve them completely from now until November 15 to hand over the entire land.

Meanwhile, checking the progress at 5 construction sites, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Tran Bien Ward Ho Van Nam said: The project's construction progress over the past month has only reached about 5%, showing that there has been no breakthrough in construction progress. At the construction site, many sections of the site are clear but the signs of machinery and construction workers are sparse, even the vehicles are there but "immobile".

Therefore, comrade Ho Van Nam requested the investor, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, to focus on urging contractors to construct the entire project with the goal of striving to open the technical traffic of this route project in December 2025 to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party and welcome the new year 2026. For the sections that have been paved, Secretary of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee Ho Van Nam requested to soon complete the sidewalks and median strips, and plant more trees to create a synchronous landscape for the project.

The Tran Bien Ward Central Axis Road Project is one of the locality's key infrastructure projects. To implement the project, it is necessary to recover more than 33 hectares of land with 390 affected households, individuals and organizations having their land recovered. The project has a total length of more than 5.4 km and will start construction in 2022, with a total investment of more than 1.5 trillion VND.
