Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh is the Head of the Organizing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of November 3, the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

At the conference, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Provincial Inspector Nguyen Luong Binh to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on receiving and appointing Deputy Chief of the Office of the Hue City People's Committee Hoang Mai Lan to the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial Party Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Phuong presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee Nguyen Luong Binh.

Presenting the decision and flowers to the mobilized, assigned and appointed cadres, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Phuong said that the mobilized, assigned and appointed cadres were comrades who had received basic training, matured from the grassroots, had experienced many working positions and held important positions in many localities and agencies of the province.

During their work, the cadres always demonstrate innovative thinking, scientific and decisive working methods, closeness to the people, excellently completing all tasks, and actively contributing to the development of the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Phuong presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office Hoang Mai Lan.

The Provincial Party Secretary also noted that the appointed officials will, together with the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and Party committees at all levels in the entire Provincial Party Committee, organize the study, research, dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, truly bringing the resolution into life; continue to review and perfect the organizational apparatus, build a team of key officials at all levels to ensure continuity, stability and development.
