(DN) - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province Vo Tan Duc assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to organize extraordinary rewards for contractors who achieved and exceeded the progress of Project Component 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project and Project Component 3, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City.

At the same time, the Department of Home Affairs monitors and evaluates the level of completion of projects as the level of completion of tasks of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. This is the basis for considering the arrangement and assignment of leaders of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board in the coming time.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction to conduct weekly inspections of the construction work of the two projects, especially the packages that are behind schedule, and strictly handle construction violations (if any) during the project construction process according to regulations. Inspect and strictly handle contractors who cause damage and traffic insecurity on the routes transporting materials for the project.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment advises and proposes to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and handle the mineral recovery in Package No. 18, Component Project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project and is responsible to the Provincial People's Committee for ensuring the supply of sufficient rock volume for the two projects.

For Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of Industry and Trade, People's Committee of Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai Province completed the relocation of 4 electric pole locations in the project area for the contractor to carry out construction.

According to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, currently, at Component Project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, there are 3 contractors performing ahead of schedule, including: Lizen Joint Stock Company; 368 Construction Joint Stock Company and Cuong Thuan IDICO Development Investment Joint Stock Company (subcontractor). Meanwhile, at Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City, there is 1 contractor performing ahead of schedule, which is 368 Construction Joint Stock Company.

According to the request of the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Provincial People's Committee, the above two projects must complete technical traffic before December 19, 2025.
