The 1st Congress of Delegates of the Farmers' Association of Ha Giang Ward 2, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of October 28, the Farmers' Association of Ha Giang 2 Ward held its first Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Vang Seo Con, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward, and 120 official delegates, representing more than 1,530 farmer members in the entire ward.

In recent times, the Ward Farmers' Association has promoted its core role in patriotic emulation movements, focusing on the movement "Farmers compete in production and business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably", with 405 households achieving the title of good production and business at all levels. The Association has implemented many effective economic development models such as growing rock custard apples, safe vegetable areas, and raising commercial pigs from the Farmers' Support Fund of more than 1.8 billion VND, contributing to increasing income for members, towards sustainable agricultural commodity production.

Along with economic development, the work of building the Association's organization has received attention. Up to now, 100% of the branches have achieved strong status, organized 32 inspections and supervisions, ensuring the management of loans of over 33 billion VND from the Social Policy Bank for proper use. In 3 years, the Association has admitted 156 new members and introduced 26 outstanding members to the Party for consideration.

Speaking at the Congress, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward, Vang Seo Con, praised the achievements of the Ward Farmers' Association and emphasized: "The Ward Farmers' Association needs to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; promote the patriotic emulation movement, arouse the creativity of members; promote the central role and subject in developing modern agriculture , building civilized urban areas, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030".

The Congress unanimously approved the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Ha Giang Ward 2, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 31 comrades, and at the same time appointed a delegation to attend the Congress of the Farmers' Association of Tuyen Quang province in the coming time. Accordingly, comrade Hoang Thi Tien continues to be trusted to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Farmers' Association of Ha Giang Ward 2, term 2025-2030.
