On the morning of October 28, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference to summarize 5 years of implementation and commend typical examples in the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" for the period 2020 - 2025. Over the past 5 years, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the province has been widely and comprehensively deployed in all areas of social life, closely linked to the implementation of resolutions of party congresses at all levels and local political tasks. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has launched, guided, inspected and expanded the movement, making "Skilled Mass Mobilization" truly become a driving force to promote socio-economic development, build the Party and political system, and consolidate the great national unity bloc.

The whole province has built and replicated 11,182 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, including 3,249 economic development models, 4,037 cultural - social models, 1,447 models in the field of Party building and political system, 1,608 models on national defense - security and more than 800 models in other fields. The models have made an important contribution to promoting socio-economic development, maintaining security and order, building cultural life, and strengthening people's trust in the Party's leadership.

Typical examples include the model of "Transparent and friendly digital public administration service center" clearly demonstrating the spirit of serving the people and reforming administrative procedures; the model of "Self-managed women's group participating in protecting border lines and landmarks" in Pa Vay Su commune, promoting the role of women in preserving border sovereignty ; the model of "Skilled People's Mobilization in mobilizing people to donate land for rural roads" contributing to improving infrastructure; the model of "Community tourism development" in Lo Lo Chai village, Lung Cu commune combining the preservation of traditional culture and creating sustainable livelihoods; the model of "Friendly government, serving the people" in many communes and wards demonstrating the spirit of being close to the people, listening to people's opinions to serve better.

Many highly appreciated models such as "Self-management group on eliminating bad customs in weddings and funerals" in Dong Van commune; "Preserving Then singing and Coi singing melodies of the Tay ethnic group" in Lam Binh commune; the model "Warm rear love for soldiers" of the Provincial Military Command... have contributed to enriching spiritual life, connecting the army and people, and maintaining security and order at the grassroots level.
