Mr. Nguyen Van Tan - Party Cell Secretary said that the motivation to implement innovative models comes from observing people's real lives. "Once I saw a child riding an old bicycle, behind him were two other children running after him because they didn't have a bicycle to practice with.

Some children did not know how to ride a bike, and fell while learning to balance. I felt sorry for them and thought they needed conditions to move safely. From there, I proposed buying bicycles for the children, and the Party Committee immediately agreed," said Mr. Tan.

From that idea, more than 3 months ago, the model “Encouraging physical exercise for children” was deployed, with 10 bicycles worth 5 million VND. Up to now, every afternoon, the yard in the neighborhood is bustling with the sound of children practicing cycling, creating a healthy and safe living space.

Along with that, Ngoc An Tay Party Cell continues to promote its core role in socialization work, mobilizing the active cooperation of people and associations.

Accordingly, 6 items have been implemented with a total cost of 99 million VND contributed by the people voluntarily, such as building awnings for the neighborhood headquarters, upgrading gates, roads, planting trees, creating shade...

All are discussed democratically and publicly, creating high consensus and bringing a new look to the common living space.

Not only do the models bring a new look to the neighborhood, they also create a connection between the people and the local government. When they see the right policy and clear implementation, people are willing to participate, support working days, contribute money or directly give suggestions to make the projects more complete.

This initiative has become an important foundation for the Party Cell to boldly carry out new tasks in the coming time.

As one of the people actively responding to the movements, Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi (born in 1958, resident of Group 4) shared: "For many years now, my family has been participating in contributing to make tables, chairs, and buy bicycles for children with the locals... Seeing the neighborhood change every day, everyone is happy and wants to contribute a small part to the common work."

Its flexible and creative approach, along with the exemplary conduct of its Party members, has created strong consensus among the people, clearly demonstrating the spirit of "the people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people inspect, and the people benefit."

"This is a model that needs to be replicated throughout the ward to promote community strength, effectively mobilize social resources and improve the quality of activities in residential areas," Ms. Hang affirmed.
