4TH VIMC YOUTH UNION CONGRESS: THE SLOGAN OF VIMC YOUTH FASTER – HEALTHIER

On behalf of Vietnam National Shipping Lines: Comrade Nguyen Dinh Chung - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Member of the Board of Directors; Comrade Le Quang Trung - Member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the Corporation; Comrade Do Duc Duy - Member of the Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the Corporation;

With leaders of Party Committees, Youth Union Committees, Centers; representatives of affiliated Party Committees; representatives of Youth Union bases and 120 official delegates representing more than 1,500 youth union members of the entire Corporation.

With the spirit of "Pioneering - Solidarity - Innovation - Development", the Congress listened to and enthusiastically discussed the following contents: Summary report of the work of the Youth Union and youth movement of VIMC, term III, 2022 - 2027; Directions and tasks for the term 2025 - 2030; Review report of the Executive Committee, term III; Draft Resolution of the Congress and contributions to the Documents of the 1st Congress of the Government Youth Union, term 2025 - 2030,...

On behalf of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Chung - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of VIMC gave a speech, recognizing the efforts and contributions of VIMC youth in taking the lead in undertaking youth projects, actively applying digital transformation, innovation in production and business tasks and participating in social security. He emphasized the expectation that the young generation of VIMC will continue to be the pioneering force, contributing to building the Corporation to become increasingly strong.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Vu Huy Hoang, Deputy Secretary of the Government Youth Union, assigned the task: "The new Executive Committee will be the nucleus of solidarity, worthy of inheriting the achievements of previous generations, leading VIMC youth to successfully implement the Congress Resolution, creating breakthrough developments, contributing to building the Corporation to increasingly sustainable development."

At the Congress, on behalf of the Central Youth Union Secretariat, Deputy Secretary of the Government Youth Union Vu Huy Hoang presented the "For the Young Generation" Medal to the leaders and former Youth Union officials of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, in recognition and gratitude for their valuable contributions in caring for, nurturing and creating conditions for the development of the young generation of the Corporation.

At the first session, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam National Shipping Lines for the 4th term, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 16 comrades. At the first meeting, the Executive Committee elected 06 comrades to the Standing Committee, 05 comrades to the Inspection Committee, Comrade Dang Huy Cuong was re-elected as Secretary of the Youth Union of Vietnam National Shipping Lines; Comrade Tran Duc Hung and Comrade Cao Duc Ha were re-elected as Deputy Secretaries; in which the Chairman of the Inspection Committee was Comrade Tran Duc Hung.

The Congress also elected 05 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates to attend the 1st Government Youth Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The 4th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, term 2025 - 2030, was a great success, affirming the new spirit, new determination and strong belief of VIMC youth on the journey to accompany the development of the Vietnamese maritime industry in the new period.
