PTSC accelerates the sprint phase, continuing growth momentum to 2025

On October 27, 2025, at the headquarters of Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation, PTSC Party Committee held the 3rd Party Executive Committee Conference (expanded meeting) and reviewed the work of the first 10 months of 2025 with three key contents: (1) Report on production and business results in the first 10 months of the year and directions and tasks for the last 2 months of the year; (2) Report on Party work in the first 10 months of the year and implementation plan for the last 2 months of the year; (3) Specific action plan to implement the Resolution of the 4th Party Congress of the Group and the Resolution of the 8th Party Congress of the Corporation, term 2025 - 2030. The conference was attended by Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors Phan Thanh Tung; Deputy Party Secretary, General Director Tran Ho Bac; with the entire Party Executive Committee, Inspection Committee, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, General Director Board, representatives of Party Committees, Trade Unions, Youth Union and leaders of member units under the Corporation.

Overview of the conference

Maintain growth rate, accelerate completion of annual plan
The report on production and business results for the first 10 months of the year shows that PTSC has maintained a stable and safe operating pace and achieved many positive results. Total consolidated revenue estimated for the first 10 months is 25,828 billion VND, pre-tax profit is estimated at 1,258 billion VND; these indicators show growth compared to the same period and exceed the allocation plan for the 10-month period. In the last 2 months of the year, the Corporation focused on accelerating the construction progress and handover of key EPCI contracts, promoting the signing and exploitation of short-term contracts, expanding the international market, while optimizing debt and cost management, prioritizing resources for projects with short-term revenue potential, striving to complete the annual target assigned by the Group.

Mr. Phan Thanh Tung, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC, shared: “The growth target of 10-15% is a big challenge, but equally important is the vision to 2027. This is the period when the Group is synchronously implementing many strategic solutions on science and technology, innovation and digital transformation... In that context, member units and PTSC need to maximize internal resources, proactively innovate to accompany the Group, contributing to realizing the goal of sustainable development.”

Deputy Party Secretary and General Director Tran Ho Bac shared: “We must maintain our determination to achieve a growth rate of 10-15%, while focusing strongly on digital transformation and perfecting the process system, including restructuring and streamlining the organizational apparatus to suit the actual operations. I am very proud that in just the past 10 months, PTSC has achieved many clear results from system building, strategic planning to promoting digital transformation, all with remarkable progress.”

Party work accompanies business development
The Party Committee of the Corporation has focused on directing the implementation of political tasks in parallel with Party building work. In the first 10 months of the year, the Party Committee successfully organized the Party Congresses at all levels and the 8th Party Congress of the Corporation; issued an action program to implement the tasks in 2025 and a breakthrough plan on science and technology, innovation and digital transformation, and passed 11 resolutions related to personnel work to perfect the leadership apparatus after the congress. Party cell activities, political ideology and activities of mass organizations were strengthened, in parallel with the inspection and supervision program and anti-corruption measures, contributing to strengthening discipline and improving public service responsibilities.

In the last two months of the year, the Party Committee will focus on perfecting the organization after the Congress, thoroughly grasping and transforming the resolution into the program and action plan at the department level, continuing to improve the quality of Party cell activities, training and fostering cadres, and closely linking Party building work with production and business goals, focusing on digital transformation, risk management and safety. The Party Committee Standing Committee is assigned the task of urging, inspecting and synthesizing periodic reports as well as ad hoc reports when necessary.

Synchronously implementing the Resolution and development orientation to 2030
The action plan to concretize the Resolution of the 4th Party Congress of the Group and the Resolution of the 8th Party Congress of the Corporation is built on the foundation of the development strategy to 2030 and vision to 2050. The plan focuses on strategic pillars including innovation in organizational governance, restructuring the apparatus, digital transformation, risk management and compliance, human resource development, investment finance optimization, international market expansion and breakthroughs in science and technology to promote competitiveness. The targets for the period 2026 - 2030 have been proposed, in which the target of total consolidated revenue for the period 2026 - 2030 is set at over 151,000 billion VND, with an average growth of about 15% per year. The action plan requires specific assignment and implementation according to the “6 clear” principle: clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear authority, clear time and clear products to ensure feasibility and effectiveness during implementation. The mechanism of regular inspection and supervision and the updating and supplementing of tasks according to practice are also emphasized to ensure the determination to successfully implement the Resolution right from the beginning of the term.

The conference ended in an urgent atmosphere, with high consensus on the direction of action. With the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, PTSC is determined to exceed the 2025 plan, continue to innovate and invest strategically, creating a foundation for a breakthrough and sustainable development in the new period.
