Maintain growth momentum and accelerate the completion of the annual plan.
The report on business performance for the first 10 months of the year shows that PTSC has maintained a stable and safe operational pace and achieved many positive results. Total consolidated revenue for the 10 months is estimated at VND 25,828 billion, and pre-tax profit is estimated at VND 1,258 billion; these indicators demonstrate growth compared to the same period last year and exceed the planned targets for the 10-month period. In the last two months of the year, the Corporation will focus on accelerating the construction progress and handover of key EPCI contracts, promoting the signing and exploitation of short-term contracts, expanding international markets, while optimizing debt and cost management, prioritizing resources for projects with short-term revenue potential, and striving to achieve the annual targets assigned by the Group.

Mr. Phan Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC, shared: “The 10-15% growth target is a major challenge, but equally important is the vision for 2027. This is the period when the Group is implementing many strategic solutions in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation... In this context, member units and PTSC need to maximize their internal strengths and proactively innovate to accompany the Group and contribute to realizing the goal of sustainable development.”

Party work goes hand in hand with enterprise development.
The Party Committee of the Corporation has focused on directing the implementation of political tasks alongside Party building work. In the first 10 months of the year, the Party Committee successfully organized Party Congresses at all levels and the 8th Party Congress of the Corporation; issued an action program for implementing tasks in 2025 and a breakthrough plan on science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation; and passed 11 resolutions related to personnel work to consolidate the leadership apparatus after the congress. Party branch activities, political ideology, and the activities of mass organizations were strengthened, alongside the inspection and supervision program and anti-corruption measures, contributing to consolidating discipline and enhancing public service responsibility.

In the last two months of the year, the Party Committee will focus on completing the organizational restructuring after the Congress, disseminating and translating resolutions into departmental action programs and plans, continuing to improve the quality of Party branch activities, training and developing cadres, and closely linking Party building work with production and business goals, with a focus on digital transformation, risk management, and safety. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee is tasked with monitoring, inspecting, and compiling periodic reports as well as ad hoc reports when necessary.
Synchronized implementation of the Resolution and development orientation until 2030
The action plan, aimed at concretizing the Resolution of the 4th Party Congress of the Group and the Resolution of the 8th Party Congress of the Corporation, is built on the foundation of the development strategy until 2030 and the vision for 2050. The plan focuses on strategic pillars including organizational governance innovation, restructuring of the apparatus, digital transformation, risk management and compliance, human resource development, optimization of financial investment, expansion into international markets, and breakthroughs in science and technology to boost competitiveness. Targets for the 2026-2030 period have been proposed, with a target of consolidated total revenue exceeding VND 151,000 billion, representing an average annual growth rate of approximately 15%. The action plan requires specific assignments and responsibilities, and implementation according to the "six clear principles": clear person, clear task, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, and clear output, to ensure feasibility and effectiveness during implementation. The mechanism for regular inspection and supervision, as well as updating and supplementing tasks based on practical experience, is also emphasized to ensure the successful implementation of the Resolution from the beginning of the term.
The conference concluded in a spirit of urgency and high consensus on the course of action. With a spirit of unity and responsibility, PTSC is determined to exceed its 2025 plan, continue to innovate and make strategic investments, and create a foundation for a breakthrough transformation and sustainable development in the new phase.
