Attending the conference were Mr. Bui Ngoc Duong, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Head of the BSR Culture Project Steering Committee; along with members of the Board of Directors, the General Management Board, the Plant Management Board, leaders of functional departments, and representatives of mass organizations. The conference also included online participation from the consulting partner of the PACE Management Institute.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung, Head of the Human Resources Management and Development Department, provided an overview of BSR's cultural journey in 2025. This is considered a pivotal year, and the spirit of "One Team - One Goal" is no longer just a slogan but has truly become the guiding principle for all actions.
Simultaneously, BSR's core values of "Integrity - Professionalism - Unity - Innovation - Efficiency" have aligned with the action motto of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group ( Petrovietnam ), permeating every shift of the workers and every workshop of the plant. In particular, the lessons from the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" program have been widely applied, transforming into a direct production force, contributing to BSR achieving its business targets ahead of schedule.

At BSR, the company culture has deepened with specific codes of conduct such as digital culture, business culture, safety culture, and learning culture. Simultaneously, BSR organized 160 training programs with over 14,500 participants, achieving 195% of the annual plan. The communication system in 2025 also witnessed a spectacular transformation from "one-way communication" to "multi-way dialogue." With over 270 self-produced news articles and numerous major awards, including second place overall in the "Petrovietnam Milestone" competition, BSR has affirmed its strong and proud cultural identity within the Petrovietnam family.
From an in-depth perspective, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tuyen, an expert from the PACE Institute of Management, announced the results of the 2025 corporate culture survey, highlighting positive signs. A striking highlight is that 100% of BSR employees participated in the survey, demonstrating the deep concern and responsibility each employee has for the organization.
Ms. Tuyen commented: “The indicators of engagement, innovation spirit, and professionalism at BSR are all very high. This proves that the culture has truly permeated every cell of the enterprise. Where the culture is strong, there will be fewer processes but still optimal efficiency. BSR is on the right track towards a culture-based management model. To achieve this, leaders need to continue to be inspirational, listen and empathize more, turning culture into a solid foundation for the development strategy.”

In his remarks, Chairman of the Board Bui Ngoc Duong affirmed that, after five years of perseverance, BSR's culture has undergone a spectacular transformation. Culture at BSR is not only a "pillar" in strategy implementation but also the "glue" that binds together the character and strength of the BSR team.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of BSR emphasized: “Building a culture is a never-ending journey, starting from the top leadership down to every employee. Culture must inspire love and pride in each of us. In 2026 and the years to come, BSR must steadfastly pursue the goal of governance through culture, so that culture becomes the guiding principle for all decisions.”
At the same time, BSR Chairman Bui Ngoc Duong also called on every BSR employee to consider culture as their own mission, and together spread good values to build a BSR that is "Professional - Humane - Modern and Distinctive".

As 2025 draws to a close, BSR enters 2026 with a renewed spirit. This is a golden opportunity for BSR to activate the synergy of all five core values, guided by the motto "Innovative Thinking - Creative Action - Sustainable Efficiency." In the digital age and the era of artificial intelligence (AI), "Innovation" is identified as a vital imperative, a pioneering spearhead for BSR to adapt flexibly and grow strongly. Therefore, BSR is committed to further enriching the Petrovietnam/BSR cultural identity; closely linking culture with digital transformation and innovation. In particular, the company will also build a happy working environment where every member shares "One Team - One Goal."
