Xuan Mai commune implements a plan to address bottlenecks in urban order.

HNP - On December 13th, Xuan Mai commune held a conference to implement a plan to address bottlenecks in urban order and construction order, in conjunction with launching a high-intensity campaign to ensure security and order.

Representatives from units under the Xuan Mai Commune Police Department signed a commitment to implement the plan.

Implementing the plan of the People's Committee of Xuan Mai commune on inspecting, handling, and resolving bottlenecks in urban order, Deputy Head of the Economic Department of Xuan Mai commune, Nguyen Ngoc Sang, emphasized that the commune focuses on identifying bottlenecks, determining specific criteria and solutions, and implementing a three-stage roadmap, including basic investigation, propaganda, and arrangement; comprehensive inspection, handling, and clearing of violations; and maintenance, prevention, and combating re-violations. The focus is on upgrading infrastructure, arranging roads and sidewalks, improving environmental sanitation, and definitively resolving existing violations before January 30, 2026.

Representatives from the villages of Xuan Mai commune signed a commitment to implement the plan.

At the conference, Major Nguyen Van Tuyen, Deputy Head of the Commune Police, presented the plan for a high-intensity campaign to raise awareness, encourage the recovery of weapons, explosives, supporting tools, and fireworks, and to combat illegal activities related to these items. In addition, the Commune Police Command, village heads, and representatives of the permanent security teams signed a commitment to carry out their duties.

Chairman of Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee Nguyen Anh Duc delivered a speech giving directions.

In his directive speech, Chairman of Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee Nguyen Anh Duc emphasized that ensuring urban order, discipline, and civility is a key and long-term task. He requested that all forces clearly assign responsibilities, tasks, and areas; strengthen community awareness and supervision; and implement measures comprehensively and decisively, minimizing any impact on the daily lives and legitimate business activities of the people.
