In My Tu commune, Can Tho City Youth Union organized free medical examinations, dispensed free medicine, and presented gifts to 400 disadvantaged people and students. Volunteer doctors and medical staff examined and provided health advice to the elderly, and discussed treatment methods for common illnesses affecting the elderly and children.
The People's Committee of Vinh Phuoc Ward and the Vinh Phuoc Ward Youth Union, in coordination with the Can Tho City Cardiovascular Hospital, recently organized a health check-up and consultation program for 500 residents in the ward. Doctors and medical staff conducted blood sugar tests, electrocardiograms, ultrasounds, and screenings for common diseases, and provided free medication to the residents.
