The congress was attended by 118 official delegates, representing 8,671 female members throughout the ward.
The Tan An Ward Women's Union was established by merging the Tan An Ward Women's Union and the former Hoa Thuan Commune, Ea Tu District, with 32 women's branches in villages, hamlets, and residential areas. During the 2021-2025 period, the Union focused on strongly innovating its content and methods of operation, prioritizing the selection of key issues and the essential needs of women to guide and implement its activities.

In particular, through the "Building a Family with 5 No's and 3 Cleanliness Standards" campaign, 12,647 out of 13,570 households in the ward met all 8 criteria of a family with 5 no's and 3 cleanliness standards. Through the "Godmother" program, the Association mobilized benefactors to support the care of 14 orphaned children in difficult circumstances with a total support amount exceeding 110 million VND. The work of building prosperous, happy, and civilized families was emphasized and implemented with many meaningful activities.
Social welfare and humanitarian/charitable policies are given attention and implemented through various activities such as visiting and giving gifts to association officials, poor women and children, and those with particularly difficult circumstances; awarding scholarships and providing health insurance cards; supporting people in flood-affected areas of the northern provinces... Activities participating in environmental protection and climate change response are carried out in diverse ways.

During its term, the Association provided capital support for 40 women starting businesses, totaling over 1.2 billion VND; coordinated the opening of 5 vocational training classes for 175 female workers; introduced and created jobs at home for 220 female workers; maintained savings models with a total amount of over 6.2 billion VND to support 338 female members in borrowing revolving capital for economic development; and helped 15 households headed by women escape poverty and near-poverty according to multidimensional criteria...
The Association has also paid attention to and effectively fulfilled its function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate interests of women and children. Emphasis has been placed on strengthening and building the Association's organization, attracting an increasing number of women to participate.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Tan An Ward Women's Union has identified two breakthroughs: comprehensive digital transformation within the organization, accompanying women in enhancing their digital capabilities, and promoting women's entrepreneurship, innovation, and legitimate wealth creation. Simultaneously, it will focus on five key tasks: supporting women's comprehensive development to meet the needs of the new era, building prosperous, happy, progressive, and civilized families; mobilizing society to implement gender equality for the development of women; participating in building a clean and strong Party and political system, participating in state management, and building national unity; developing membership and building a strong Women's Union organization; and promoting the active and proactive role of the Women's Union and women in people-to-people diplomacy.
Specifically, the Association strives to help at least two female-headed households escape poverty or near-poverty annually according to multidimensional criteria, and to mobilize and support at least 10 families to achieve the "5-have, 3-clean" family criteria; 70% of members and women use banking applications or e-wallets for payment transactions; and by 2030, 80% of officials and members will be equipped with basic digital skills...

The Congress announced the Decision appointing the Executive Committee of the Tan An Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 39 members. Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, was elected as the Chairman of the Tan An Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term; and appointed delegates to the 1st Provincial Women's Congress, including 3 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate.
