Attendees included Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Le Tuan, former Deputy Minister of Health and President of the Vietnam Military-Civilian Medical Association; Mr. Trinh Quang Phu, Director of the Oriental Development Research Institute; Mr. Pham Van Bay, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Dr. Pham Minh Huu, Deputy Director of the Department of Health; and Hero of the People's Armed Forces Ho Dac Thanh, Captain of the "No Number" ship.
Notably, the program is supported by 100 doctors, pharmacists, technicians, and volunteers from many provinces and cities across the country.

The program was organized to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, aiming to uphold the glorious traditions of Uncle Ho's soldiers and demonstrate the spirit of solidarity between the army and the people.
During the program, doctors and medical staff conducted free medical examinations and provided free medicine to 550 households belonging to policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged families in Binh Kien ward and neighboring areas.
According to the organizers, in addition to the list of 550 households submitted by the local authorities, any resident wishing to receive free medical examinations and medication can come to the Sao Mai Tourist Area hall. This program will run until December 14, 2025.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Le Tuan, former Deputy Minister of Health and President of the Vietnam Military and Civilian Medical Association, stated: "We are here with the desire to bring health, peace of mind, and hope to the people in the flood-stricken areas. This is not only a professional responsibility but also a social responsibility of the health sector in community health care, especially for people in disaster-stricken areas."
On this occasion, 30 households with particularly difficult circumstances in Binh Kien ward and Tuy An Nam commune received gifts. In addition, the Provincial Department of Health awarded certificates of commendation to 14 collectives and 1 individual for their achievements in the aforementioned medical examination and gift-giving activities.
