Cam Giang Commune Farmers' Association strives for 50% of member households to achieve the title of good production and business each year.

In the 2025 - 2023 term, the Farmers' Association of Cam Giang commune (Hai Phong) strives to have 60% of farming households register and 50% of households achieve the title of good production and business at all levels each year.

On the morning of October 26, the Farmers' Association of Cam Giang commune (Hai Phong city) held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term.

During the 2025 - 2030 term, the Farmers' Association of Cam Giang commune set 10 specific goals to build a strong association, promoting the role of farmers in agricultural and new rural development. The Association strives to recruit over 250 members, establish 1 professional association and 1 agricultural cooperative; 95% of the branches complete their tasks well or better.

Every year, the Commune Farmers' Association has 60% of farmer households registered and 50% of households achieving the title of good producer and business at all levels; the Farmers' Support Fund grows 5-8% each year; at least 70% of members are equipped with digital skills, 80% of commune-level work records and 30% of branch records are processed online.

During the past term, the association's work and the farmers' movement in the commune achieved many outstanding results. Every year, the association organizes visits and presents gifts to poor and sick members, on holidays, Tet and the association's founding day. 142 members have been supported with a total amount of 35.6 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and solidarity within the association.

Cam Giang Commune Farmers' Association gives gifts to disadvantaged members on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Association (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2025).

The movement of emulation in production and good business, solidarity to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably has been promoted. The whole commune has more than 10,300 members in 28 branches, of which 1,500 households have achieved the title of good production and business at all levels.

Farmers in Cam Giang commune have many effective economic models such as aquaculture, fruit tree growing, and land accumulation from 1 - 2 hectares to over 50 hectares.

The Association also actively mobilized members to donate land, contributing more than 1.7 billion VND and 1,250 working days to build roads and cultural houses; and maintain 6 "Zero-waste fields" models to contribute to environmental protection and building advanced new rural areas.

The Congress announced the decision of the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Hai Phong City to appoint the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Cam Giang Commune for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 25 comrades. Comrade Vuong Thi Hong Hanh was appointed as the President of the Farmers' Association of the Commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.
