The Farmers' Association of Cam Giang commune strives to have 50% of its member households achieve the title of excellent producers and business operators each year.

During the 2025-2023 term, the Farmers' Association of Cam Giang commune (Hai Phong) aims to have 60% of farmer households register and 50% of households achieve the title of excellent producers and business operators at all levels each year.

On the morning of October 26th, the Farmers' Association of Cam Giang commune (Hai Phong city) held its first delegate congress for the 2025-2030 term.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Cam Giang Commune Farmers' Association has set 10 specific goals to build a strong organization and promote the leading role of farmers in agricultural and rural development. The association strives to recruit over 250 members, establish one professional association and one agricultural cooperative; and ensure that 95% of its branches successfully complete their tasks or better.

Annually, the Farmers' Association of the commune has 60% of registered farming households and 50% of households achieving the title of excellent producers and business operators at all levels; the Farmers' Support Fund grows by 5-8% each year; at least 70% of members are equipped with digital skills, and 80% of commune-level work files and 30% of branch-level files are processed online.

During the past term, the work of the association and the farmers' movement in the commune achieved many outstanding results. Every year, the association organizes visits and provides gifts to poor and sick members, during holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and on the anniversary of the association's founding. 142 members have received support totaling 35.6 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of mutual support and solidarity within the association.

The Farmers' Association of Cam Giang commune presented gifts to disadvantaged members on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Association (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2025).

The movement to promote excellent production and business practices, solidarity, mutual assistance for wealth creation, and sustainable poverty reduction has been intensified. The entire commune has over 10,300 members participating in 28 branches, of which 1,500 households have achieved the title of excellent producers and business operators at various levels.

Farmers in Cam Giang commune have many effective economic models such as aquaculture, fruit tree cultivation, and land consolidation ranging from 1-2 hectares to over 50 hectares.

The association also actively mobilized its members to donate land, contributing over 1.7 billion VND and 1,250 days of labor to build roads and cultural centers; and maintained 6 "Waste-Free Fields" models, contributing to environmental protection and the development of advanced new rural areas.

The congress announced the decision of the Executive Committee of the Hai Phong City Farmers' Association appointing the Executive Committee of the Cam Giang Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 25 members. Ms. Vuong Thi Hong Hanh was appointed as the Chairperson of the Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term.
