On October 28, Vietnam Post Corporation coordinated with Nhan Dan Newspaper to present the supplement "Announcing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party" and a number of publications to the cultural post offices of the communes: Dong Du, Bat Trang ( Hanoi city), Da Trach, Hong Nam (Hung Yen province).

The donation of the supplement “Announcing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party” aims to create favorable conditions for people nationwide to learn, research and contribute opinions. Vietnam Post Corporation in coordination with Nhan Dan Newspaper will deliver the draft documents to 7,461 commune cultural post offices nationwide.

General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation Chu Quang Hao said that, as a national postal enterprise with a public postal network of more than 13,000 points, Vietnam Post is assigned to publish Nhan Dan Newspaper and propaganda publications, helping people have access, research and contribute opinions to draft documents.

Through the commune cultural post office, Vietnam Post will become a bridge to receive, synthesize and transfer valuable opinions of the people to Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Central Government.

The coordination between Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam Post to bring the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress to cultural post offices nationwide not only contributes to spreading the spirit of democracy, creating conditions for people to participate in contributing to Party building, but also affirms the role of Vietnam Post in always being a pioneer in carrying out political tasks, connecting the Party, State and people, bringing official information to all regions of the country.
