Training on professional skills in the field of quality measurement standards for commune-level officials and civil servants

(DN) - On the morning of October 28, the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province organized a training course to improve professional skills for commune and ward-level officials and civil servants in the province on the field of quality measurement standards according to Decree 132/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government regulating the division of authority of local authorities at two levels in the field of state management of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province Trinh Thi Hoa emphasized: This is a necessary activity in the context that the Government has clearly defined the authority of local authorities at two levels in the field of quality measurement standards. The training aims to help grassroots officials grasp legal regulations, properly perform assigned functions and tasks, and at the same time improve professional capacity and expertise in state management of measurement and product and goods quality. In particular, at the end of the course, trainees will be granted a certificate of professional measurement inspection.

The training course takes place over 2 days. Trainees will be updated and systematized by lecturer and expert Nguyen Thanh Hien from the Center for Training in Standards and Quality Measurement (National Committee for Standards and Quality Measurement) on new regulations on the authority and responsibility of commune and ward levels in the field of standards, measurement and quality; as well as sharing topics on measurement inspection of measuring instruments, measurement inspection of measurements, measurement inspection of pre-packaged goods, etc.
