According to reports from ward leaders, up to now, units have mobilized forces to support people in evacuating as well as arranging storm shelters to ensure absolute safety for people.

In Quy Nhon Tay ward, the delegation inspected the flood-prone area in Ward 6, where 17 households with 56 people are currently subject to evacuation. The local government and functional forces are actively mobilizing and supporting the remaining households to move to a safe place this afternoon.
In Quy Nhon Bac ward, the working group inspected high-risk areas, such as group 2, residential area 2, where 28 households with 97 people were subject to evacuation. Residential area 3 alone has 700 households with 2,062 people, of which nearly 60 people have registered to evacuate to the residential area's storm shelter. In group 14, residential area 14, there are 621 households with 2,302 people, of which 34 households with 113 people are subject to evacuation due to the risk of landslides on Hon Cha mountain.

In Quy Nhon Dong ward, the delegation inspected Hai Bac quarter with 267 people and 1,040 households, of which 13 households and 33 people were subject to relocation. In addition, the ward People's Committee coordinated with Nhon Ly Border Guard Station and Nhon Hai Border Guard Station to mobilize 20-30 people on duty, and prepared supplies and equipment on site.
At key locations such as Nhon Hai, Ly Hung, Ly Luong, Song Dinh embankments, Hai Bac reef, and Ly Chanh quarter, all forces are deployed on duty and have plans to handle incidents. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also inspected the storm shelters of Quy Nhon Bac and Quy Nhon Dong wards.

After the inspection, comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh praised the proactive and urgent spirit of the government and local forces in evacuating people from dangerous areas. He requested to complete the evacuation by the evening of November 5, especially for households with temporary houses, level 4 houses, and bring people to schools, medical stations, cultural houses, neighborhood headquarters... to ensure safety.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested localities to strictly implement the policy of supporting relocated households, fully report the number to the Provincial People's Committee; review and monitor the situation of landslides and floods to prevent people from returning to dangerous areas when safety is not yet guaranteed; at the same time, take good care of the material and spiritual life of the people, not allowing hunger, cold or lack of temporary shelter to occur.
Localities must arrange forces to be on duty 24/7 in vulnerable areas, control people entering and leaving dangerous areas, and put up warning signs and block off landslide and flood areas to ensure absolute safety for the people.
