Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee commended 10 collectives and individuals who performed well in site clearance for expressway projects.

On the afternoon of October 5, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi directly commended 8 collectives and 2 individuals with good achievements in site clearance for the 2 expressway projects Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong.

The awarded collectives include: People's Committee of Ward 1, Bao Loc; People's Committee of Bao Lam 2 Commune; People's Committee of Di Linh Commune; People's Committee of Duc Trong Commune; People's Committee of Tan Hoi Commune; People's Committee of Hoa Ninh Commune; People's Committee of Bao Thuan Commune; People's Committee of Hiep Thanh Commune.

The individuals awarded include: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ty, Vice Chairman of Bao Lam 2 Commune People's Committee; Mr. K' Buu, Deputy Head of Economic Department, Tan Hoi Commune.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi praised and welcomed the spirit of participation of units and localities. This is a result that demonstrates the determination and drasticness of the units and needs to be replicated in terms of methods and approaches to speed up the progress of project implementation.

Comrade Ho Van Muoi requested units to continue to concentrate on site clearance to complete the expressway project on schedule.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi requested localities and units to continue to do a good job of propaganda and mobilizing people's support in implementing the project. Because, when the site clearance is completed, the projects can be implemented.

Localities and units continue to advise superiors to resolve people's petitions and proposals in accordance with regulations, ensuring harmony of interests of all parties.

Provincial People's Committee leaders awarded certificates of merit to the People's Committees of communes and wards that did a good job in site clearance.

Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project has a total length of about 73.62 km. The total investment of the project is 17,718 billion VND. The project implementation period is from 2022 to 2027.

The project passes through 10 communes. The total number of affected households is 2,510, with a total compensation area of ​​582.08 hectares. To date, the work of setting up and handing over project site clearance markers has been completed.

10/10 communes have developed land recovery plans, organized meetings and announced land recovery. The inventory process has been carried out on 2,392/2,510 households, reaching 95.29%. 2/10 communes have approved the appraisal council to develop specific land prices.

The Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Project has a total length of about 66km, of which about 55km passes through Lam Dong. The total investment of the project is more than 18,000 billion VND. Implementation period is from 2022 - 2027.

The project passes through 5 communes and wards, with a total of 921 affected households. The total compensation area is 396.2 hectares. To date, the inventory work has been completed in 365/921 cases, reaching 39.6%. The process of building specific land prices has signed a consulting contract and is being implemented.
