On the afternoon of November 4, 2025, at the Kremlin Palace, Hero of Labor Thai Huong - Founder, Chairman of the Strategy Council of TH Group , General Director of North Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank was personally awarded the noble Friendship Medal by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin for her outstanding contributions to strengthening and developing the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and the Russian Federation in food security.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Thai Huong expressed her emotion when receiving the noble award from the Russian President himself, and affirmed that she will continue to promote the spirit of "cherishing Mother Nature, humans are the main subject" to make sustainable contributions to the agriculture of the two countries.

In 2015, TH Group, founded by Ms. Thai Huong, invested more than 2.7 billion USD in a chain of high-tech agricultural projects in Russia – from Moscow, Kaluga, Bashkortostan to the Far East – forming a national-scale clean food production, processing and distribution system.

In May 2025, TH inaugurated a fresh milk processing factory in Kaluga, with a capacity of 1,000 tons/day, among the largest in the Russian Federation.

TH's high-yielding cow herd currently produces an average of 40 liters of milk per day per cow, with quality rated as "first-class", supplying major companies such as Danone and PepsiCo . The project has created more than 500 jobs for Russian workers, contributed to the revival of tens of thousands of hectares of agricultural land and become a symbol of Vietnam-Russia friendship and cooperation.

Ms. Thai Huong said TH will continue to expand investment in Russia, develop clean, organic products according to international standards, aiming to export to BRICS and Asia-Pacific markets.
