Reporter: Hello sir! Sir, with the scale and stature of this year's Autumn Fair, how do you evaluate the effectiveness of the Tay Ninh delegation's participation?

Mr. Tran Dang Tien: The 2025 Autumn Fair is a national trade promotion event, gathering more than 3,000 booths and thousands of domestic and foreign enterprises. Tay Ninh province participates with a proactive and professional spirit, carefully prepared from content, images to displayed products.

The results were very encouraging: the province's joint booth, the business area and the "Thu My Vi" culinary area recorded about 700,000 visitors, including hundreds of businesses, distributors and international partners coming to learn and connect for cooperation.

The greatest effect is to strengthen trade connections, promote local images and brands, clearly demonstrating a dynamic, innovative, integrated and sustainably developing Tay Ninh.

Reporter: At the 2025 Autumn Fair, what key industries and products did Tay Ninh introduce and what results did the participating businesses achieve?

Mr. Tran Dang Tien: At the fair, Tay Ninh displayed and introduced hundreds of products from nearly 40 typical enterprises, notably sun-dried rice paper, shrimp salt, moringa tea, dried fruits, cashew nuts, Chinese sausage, bird's nest, processed agricultural products, and specialty foods. In addition to the food group, the province also introduced supporting industrial products, construction materials, steel, health care equipment and logistics services, presenting a comprehensive picture of the local commercial production potential.

Although the supporting industry and logistics group does not target end-consumption, it has a very high expected cooperation value. Many units have contacted partners in the field of supplying materials and raw materials, opening up opportunities to sign large-value B2B contracts.

Many distribution businesses, supermarkets, and importers from Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, China, Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand expressed interest and proposed connecting Tay Ninh products to the supply chain.

Visitors learn about Tay Ninh's typical products at the fair.

In particular, typical rural industrial products, OCOP products and processed agricultural products are highly appreciated for their stable quality, beautiful designs, professional packaging, clearly demonstrating the spirit of integration and professionalism of the province's enterprises.

Several businesses have signed memorandums of understanding on cooperation in supplying raw materials, consuming products and connecting distribution channels in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, China, Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

The products of interest include shrimp salt, rice paper, processed agricultural products, cashew nuts, fruit powder and construction materials. In addition, Tay Ninh's supporting industry booth had many working sessions with investors in the fields of warehousing, logistics, and steel, initially establishing potential connections, affirming the effectiveness of the province's trade promotion not only in product promotion, but also in long-term trade connections and sustainable development.

At the same time, the promotion of Tay Ninh's image at the fair also left a strong impression. In particular, promoting OCOP products associated with Ba Den Mountain tourism such as dew-dried rice paper, shrimp salt, dried fruits, and Chinese sausages helps visitors better understand the "Flavor of Tay Ninh", a land with both a developed industry and an attractive spiritual and ecological tourism destination.

The coordination between the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and typical rural industrial enterprises and OCOP enterprises has helped the image of "Tay Ninh - Border Industrial - Trade Center" to be fully expressed: dynamic, modern but still imbued with the identity of the Southern region.

Reporter: After the event, what plans does the province have to maintain connections and support businesses to expand markets or exports?

Immediately after the fair, the Tay Ninh Department of Industry and Trade directed the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion to compile a list of partners and investment cooperation opportunities as a basis for building the next promotion program.

The province will support businesses in maintaining contact with partners, providing market information, consulting on export standards, e-commerce and building international brands. Units with potential products and the ability to reach foreign markets will be given priority in the program of supporting packaging, quality certification and connecting to modern distribution chains.

At the same time, the province continues to carry out domestic and international promotion activities, supporting businesses to participate in specialized exhibitions, regional connection conferences and key foreign trade development programs, contributing to expanding the market, improving competitiveness and affirming the position of Tay Ninh goods in the export market.

Reporter: What suggestions do you have for future fairs to continue to play the role of a bridge for localities to develop industry and trade in the Southeast region ?

The Autumn Fair is a professional, large-scale, and nationally influential trade promotion and connection event, not only contributing to promoting the Vietnamese brand but also bringing about real cooperation opportunities for local businesses. This is a clear demonstration of the efforts of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and localities in building a modern, effective and sustainable trade promotion environment.

The Autumn Fair is a large-scale, professional trade promotion and trade connection event with national influence.

In order for the next fairs to continue to play the role of an important bridge between production and the market, Tay Ninh believes that it is necessary to focus on three key orientations:

Firstly, strengthen international trade connectivity, expand the scale of inviting purchasing delegations, distribution systems and large importers in the world to participate, in order to promote supply-demand connection activities and export cooperation.

Second, promote digital transformation in organizing fairs, applying online B2B platforms, business databases and signing electronic cooperation agreements, helping businesses maintain interactions and trade after the event ends.

Third, it is necessary to increase the space for introducing regional products such as OCOP products, typical rural industrial products and consumer industry, combining cultural and tourism experiences, contributing to enriching and making the fair more attractive.

The Autumn Fair continues to be an exemplary trade promotion venue for the whole country.

With the unified direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the proactive participation of localities, including Tay Ninh, we believe that the Autumn Fair will continue to become a model trade promotion venue of the whole country, connecting businesses - investors - consumers, promoting sustainable development of industry - trade, deep integration and national scale.

Reporter: Thank you!/.
