At sea, on the day and night of November 5, in the northern East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone), there will be northeast winds of level 7, gusting to level 8-9. The sea will be rough. Waves will be 3-5m high.

Sea area from southern Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa : northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8. Rough sea. Waves 2.5-3.5m high.
