The area from Ha Tinh to Hue city, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong has heavy rain, some places have very heavy rain with common rainfall of 100 - 250mm/period, locally over 400mm/period.
From November 7-8, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An areas will have moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain with common rainfall of 50-100mm/period, locally over 200mm/period.

Flood warning on rivers in the Central region
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting informed that from 4:30 p.m. on November 4 to 3:30 a.m. on November 5, floods on the Huong River and Bo River continued to change slowly and were below alert level 3.
In the next 12-24 hours, floods on Huong River and Bo River will recede and be above alert level 2.
In the next 24 hours, flood on Kien Giang River (Quang Tri) will continue to decrease and remain above alert level 3; on Thach Han River (Quang Tri) will continue to decrease and remain below alert level 1; Vu Gia-Thu Bon River will continue to decrease and remain at levels from below alert level 1 to above alert level 1.
Warning of flood risk in low-lying areas along rivers, urban areas, and densely populated areas in provinces/cities from Quang Tri to Da Nang. High risk of flash floods on rivers and streams and landslides on slopes in provinces/cities from Quang Tri to Da Nang. Flood risk level 2.
"The forecast and warning information is calculated based on the expected operating level of upstream reservoirs. The hydrometeorological agency will update the bulletins when there are changes in the discharge flow of the reservoirs," noted Deputy Head of the Hydrological Forecasting Department Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh.
