Ho Chi Minh City: Chain broke, crane fell off tractor trailer, injuring one person

At around 12:30 on November 5, on Road 15B (Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), an accident occurred when a tractor trailer carrying a crane broke its rope, causing the crane to fall onto the road, injuring a truck driver.

At that time, a tractor-trailer driven by a male driver was backing into a construction site on the side of the road when the chain that was securing the crane to the trailer suddenly broke. The crane fell and hit a truck driver, injuring him. He was taken to the emergency room by local residents.

At the scene, the damaged crane was partially blocking traffic.

Upon receiving the news, Da Phuoc Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police) coordinated with local authorities to quickly arrive at the scene to handle the incident.
