It is forecasted that from the evening of November 6, on the mainland from the South of Da Nang City to Dak Lak , the wind will gradually increase to level 6-7, then increase to level 8-9, the area near the storm's eye will be strong at level 10-12 (focusing on the East of Quang Ngai-Gia Lai provinces), gusting at level 14-15; the area from the South of Quang Tri to the North of Da Nang City and the North of Khanh Hoa province, the wind will increase to level 6-7, gusting at level 8-9.

From the evening and night of November 6, in the West of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai, the wind will gradually increase to level 6-7, near the storm's eye, it will be level 8-9, gusting to level 11.

Due to the influence of the wide storm circulation, it is necessary to guard against the risk of thunderstorms, tornadoes and strong gusts of wind both before and during the storm's landfall.

* Weather in Vinh Long province: According to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, in the next 24 hours, it will be cloudy, with light sunshine during the day, with rain in 2/3 of the province in the afternoon and evening, with moderate rain and thunderstorms, and heavy rain in some places. Areas of moderate rain and heavy rain are mainly concentrated in the forecast locations: Cho Lach, Long Chau, Cai Von, Cai Nhum, Trung Thanh, Tra On, Tra Vinh, Cang Long, and Tieu Can. Light wind.

* Weather in Vinh Long sea area: In the next 24 hours, the clouds will change, with scattered showers and thunderstorms concentrated in the afternoon and evening. Strong southwest wind level 4-5, offshore sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7, waves 1-3m, rough sea.
