Weather on November 3: Northern region has rain, cold weather, mountainous areas have places below 15 degrees Celsius

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, Hanoi area is cloudy with rain. Northeast wind level 2-3, cold weather. Ho Chi Minh City has scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain (rain concentrated in the afternoon and night).

At sea, the tropical convergence zone has an axis at about 11-14 degrees north latitude connecting with the low pressure area, located at 1:00 a.m. on November 3 at about 12.5-13.5 degrees north latitude, 109.5-110.5 degrees east longitude.

The sea area from South Quang Tri to Quang Ngai , the Gulf of Thailand, the sea area south of the northern East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone) and the central East Sea area has scattered showers and thunderstorms.

At Bach Long Vy station, there is strong northeast wind level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8; at Ly Son station, there is gusting to level 7.

North to northwest wind level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4. Cold weather in the north. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature from 19-22 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature in the north from 21-23 degrees Celsius, in the south from 24-26 degrees Celsius.

South Central Coast: Cloudy in the North, with heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms; cloudy in the South, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some heavy rain in some places. Ho Chi Minh City: Cloudy, scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain (rain concentrated in the afternoon and night). Southwest to west wind level 2-3.
