QTO - At around 1:00 p.m. on November 5, a landslide occurred on the West branch of Ho Chi Minh Road, in Truong Son commune, Quang Tri province.

The landslide occurred on the West branch of Ho Chi Minh Highway, about 1km from Khe Cat school, Truong Son commune. It is estimated that nearly ^300m3 of soil and rock from the mountain collapsed onto the road, causing traffic congestion. The landslide did not cause any human casualties.

Currently, local authorities and functional forces have been present at the scene to clean up, overcome the consequences, and ensure traffic safety for people and vehicles.
