
The Department of Economics - Construction Investment Management ( Ministry of Construction ) said that, among the 54 projects/component traffic projects being implemented by the Ministry of Construction as the managing agency, as of the end of October 2025, there were 8 projects planned to be completed in 2025 but did not meet the requirements.
Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh road project, Cho Chu - Trung Son intersection section, has output of more than 30%, 47% slower than planned.
Ho Chi Minh Road section Rach Soi - Vinh Thuan output reached about 50%, 15% slower.
The project to upgrade National Highway 2, Vinh Yen - Viet Tri section, has a new output of about 1.7%.
The output of the Duong railway bridge project has reached about 49.5%. Of which, package XL01 basically meets the schedule; package XL02 is 35% behind schedule due to the site not being handed over for construction.
Cam Ly railway bridge project output reached about 33.5%, 10% behind plan.
The National Highway 8C upgrade project has reached about 69% of the output. Of which, the section from Thien Cam to National Highway 1 basically meets the requirements; the section from National Highway 8 to Ho Chi Minh Road is 23% behind schedule.
The project connecting Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway with Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway has an output of about 21.5%, 25% slower.
QL14B project output reached nearly 34%, 36% slower than planned.
