Found 2 bodies of victims missing in flood

Accordingly, at 7:30 a.m. the same day, the search team of Ly Hoa Border Guard Station (Quang Tri Provincial Border Guard) discovered a body floating on Dinh River, passing through Nam Trach Commune, about 1.5 km southeast of Nam Trach Bridge. After the discovery, the working team organized to protect the scene, notify local authorities, functional forces and the victim's family.

Through verification, the family confirmed that the body discovered was that of N.D.H (born in 2009, residing in Tay Thanh village, Nam Trach commune, Quang Tri province). Previously, N.D.H left home and went missing at around 7:00 p.m. on November 1, 2025. Ly Hoa Border Guard Station is coordinating with the authorities and relevant forces to carry out legal procedures according to regulations.

Also on the morning of November 5, in Bac Gianh ward (Quang Tri province), a body was discovered drifting ashore. Upon receiving the information, Roon Border Guard Station (Quang Tri Province Border Guard) and the family of the missing victim at sea went to the scene to verify. Here, the family confirmed that the victim was Mr. PQH (born in 1969, residing in Trung Vu village, Hoa Trach commune, Quang Tri province). Mr. H was sunk by waves while steering a basket boat into the Roon River mouth and went missing on November 4, 2025.

Quang Tri Provincial Border Guard is continuing to coordinate with local authorities to complete legal procedures, hand over the bodies to their families for burial; at the same time support and encourage the victims' families to overcome the grief and soon stabilize their lives.
